Earliest Bookings
No limitations on booking times.
Latest Bookings
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancelling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment.
Deposits
Private bookings require a £30 deposit. For Groupon bookings, the treatment cost will be forfeited if the customer fails to attend their appointment. This means the voucher will be redeemed, and the customer will lose their money. No refunds will be issued.
Rebookings
Rebooking an appointment at the same price is only available for private patients. Groupon patients may access special discounts for rebookings if they agree to share their email address and provide positive feedback on social media or other platforms.
Late Arrivals
Customers who arrive late for their appointment may have their treatment time reduced or may need to reschedule, depending on the clinic’s schedule for the day.
Treatment Options

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel appointments with insufficient notice, and any rescheduling is subject to availability.
